Washington D.C. – May 14th, 2024 – ReachSuite.io, the leader in Interactive Product Demo Platforms, today announced the completion of the Service Organization Control (SOC) 2 Type II audit, which includes both SOC2 Type I and II. Successful completion of this auditing standard developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts (AICPA), further validates ReachSuite's focus on security, compliance, and responsible AI.

The SOC 2 assessment is based on a rigorous, independent, third-party audit conducted by a Big Four audit firm. SOC 2 defines criteria for managing customer data based on five “trust service principles” — security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality and privacy. The audit confirms that ReachSuite has effective controls in place relevant to its cloud systems.
